Uhhh...

Nothing really happened at all today and I'm merely writing for the sake of sticking to my goal of journaling/blogging every day. So forgive me for the boring posts as of late. Today I did laundry, read scriptures for a while, caught up on some magazine reading, did the normal daily routine stuff and hung out outside for a long time enjoying the weather and watching Baily play her heart out. Right now we are doing a 2 week free trial from Blockbuster.com and I'm really liking it. You put all the movies you want in your queue and as soon as you send the movie you have back they send you the next one in your queue. Today we got Pooh's Heffalump Halloween. Baily's first favortie movie ever was Pooh's Heffalump Movie so I thought this would be a hit. She like it but wasn't in love with it like I thought. She watched it off and on twice today. According to some of my reading I did today I'm a bad mother for letting her watch tv and dvd's. Although I don't think this makes me a bad mom it did make me realize Baily probably does watch too much tv so I'm going to work on limiting it to 1-2 hours a day. It'll be hard since her watching tv really helps me to get stuff done around the house but I want to be the best mom I can be and want her to be the best she can be. And I also am ashamed to report that I'm a loser and my whole no soda drinking thing lasted about 27 hours. I'm really not nearly motivated enough or have enough self-discipline to quit quite yet. I'm definitely like an alcoholic and my alcohol is caffeine and carbonation. I WILL quit though... just not yet. We had a yummy dinner of plain old spaghetti but for some reason it's a classic that always hits the spot. Plus it makes for good leftovers. And the pepsi went soooo well with it:) So that's about all for my day. Maybe I'll have something more exciting to write about tomorrow.

My break from caffeine lasted 72 hours, then I buckled last night when I went through the burger king drive thru. I had a headache and figured caffeine would cure it, well it didn't. But the Dr Pepper was sure good!
